PT, DPT

I grew up in Rayne, Louisiana and earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from ULL in 2016. In 2019 I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in the Houston Medical Center. In 2020 I began a year long Sports-Orthopedic Residency through Institute for Athlete Regeneration in Kingwood, Texas and then the next 5 years practicing in the Greater Houston Area before moving back to Rayne. I enjoy life with my husband Rex and our daughter Sophia. Rex is my greatest supporter and steady encouragement. Becoming a wife and mom have been the most meaningful roles of my life.

I chose PT because I’ve always been drawn to helping people. I love the combination of science, movement, and relationship building that PT offers.

Core Values: Faith, Family, Integrity, Lifelong Learning.

“Whatever you do, do it with all of your heart.”

– Colossians 3:23

I am a Physical Therapist at the Crowley location, and I treat orthopedic injuries, sports related injuries, return to sport rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, post-operative rehabilitation, functional dry needling, and sports orthopedic manual therapy.

I love working at Thrive because of the team culture and shared commitment to excellence. Everyone truly cares about each patient and about one another.

Taylor’s Favorites:

  • Movie: 50 First Dates
  • TV Show: Anything cooking competition and home renovation!
  • Book: The Interior Castle by St. Teresa of Avila

On my days off, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and our daughter. We love spending time outdoors, whether that is at a farmers market, hiking, exercising, or at the park. I also love baking and cooking ideas I get from my favorite shows.
