Despite what some people think, REST is NEVER the answer to solve any sports or muscle injury. Since 2007, we haven’t witnessed ANY injury, in any sport, that is helped by pro-longed rest.
Sure, with rest, the pain will improve. But, not having pain at rest – that’s not the goal.
